Shipping Areas

Bikeshopwest ships orders within the Netherlands and select European countries.
We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination country

  • Package size and weight

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before completing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Orders containing discounted items or special promotions may require additional processing time.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details at the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery Partners

We ship orders using recognized courier services (such as PostNL, DHL, DPD, or similar carriers).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempt, any additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer or deducted from the refund.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Bikeshopwest is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been handed over to the courier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bikeshopwest.nl, including photos of the damage and packaging.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders placed via www.bikeshopwest.com cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
This includes changes to the shipping address, delivery preferences, or placing an order on hold.

Returns & Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Bikeshopwest.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Third-Party Shipping

If a customer chooses to arrange their own shipping or courier outside of Bikeshopwest’s standard shipping process, Bikeshopwest cannot provide additional tracking information, documentation, or support related to that shipment.
