4. Shipping

We currently ship to The Netherlands, United Kingdom, France, and Spain.
All orders are processed within our standard handling time and shipped with full tracking information.


a. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All orders ship with a flat rate of €10 per order, regardless of destination country.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance.


b. Shipping Confirmation

A shipping confirmation email, including your tracking number, will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.


c. Carriers

We work with trusted international parcel carriers. All shipments include tracking.
Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.


d. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.


e. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed.
This includes changing the delivery address, updating items, or holding shipments.


f. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged due to carrier errors.
If an issue occurs, you may contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.


g. Returning an Item (Shipping Costs)

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned merchandise.


h. International Shipping Outside Our Countries

We currently do not ship outside The Netherlands, United Kingdom, France, or Spain.
Any orders placed with an address outside these countries will be cancelled and refunded.


i. Retail Locations

Orders placed with a shipping address of a retail store, pickup point, or fulfillment center may be cancelled.
Please use a residential or business address for delivery.
