Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

  • You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your bike parts to notify us of your intent to cancel or withdraw from the purchase.

Condition of Returned Bike Parts

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.
  • Return items in their original, undamaged manufacturer packaging with all manuals and small hardware included. Do not tape or write directly on the product box itself.
  • Electrical spare parts (inc controllers, batteries, displays, wiring harnesses, parts with sensors etc.) that have been installed, mounted, threaded, or show tool marks cannot be accepted for a full change-of-mind refund. Proportional deduction under EU consumer law will apply: we are legally permitted to reduce your refund by an amount that reflects the loss in resale value.

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt of your item, we will conduct an inspection and inform you that we have received the returned item.
  • We may deduct an amount from your refund if the value of the part has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g., plugging an electrical part into a battery). We may legally reduce the refund value to zero due to safety liabilities.
  • Post-inspection, you will be promptly notified regarding the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs and safe transit are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
