Return Policy

a. Valid Returns

To initiate a valid return and receive a refund, you must begin the return process through our “Start a Return” page or by contacting us at support@[yourstore].com.
No refund will be issued for any merchandise sent back to us without following this return process.


b. Order Cancellations

Orders placed on our website cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted.
Preorders ship according to the estimated timeframe listed on the product page.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation.


c. Return to Sender / Refused Shipment

If an order is returned to the sender or if you refuse to accept delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
See the applicable Return Shipping Fee Schedule in subsection (g).


d. Non-Returnable Merchandise

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Any personalized or custom-made products

  • Any used or opened items that are not in resellable condition

  • Gift cards

  • Any item marked as final sale at checkout

It is your responsibility to ensure accuracy before completing your order.


e. Returns of New Items

Customers may return any new, unused, and unopened merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee (see subsection (g)), which will be deducted from your refund.


f. Returns of Used Items

Used items may be returned within 30 days of receipt only if they are in excellent, resellable condition.
A 30% restocking fee will apply, and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Any items showing signs of heavy use, damage, or wear are not eligible for return.


g. Return Shipping Fee Schedule

A return shipping fee will be applied to any item returned to us. Shipping fees vary by merchandise type:

Merchandise / Item Being Returned Return Shipping Fee
Accessories or Merchandise $10 per return shipment
Large or heavy items (if applicable) $65

Example:
If you return 2 accessories in one shipment, you are charged $10 total.
If you return 1 accessory separately later, you are charged another $10.


h. Refunds

  1. Any item purchased using a discount code will have the full discount value deducted from the refund, regardless of how many items you return.

  2. Refunds are issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.


i. Return Process

All approved returns must be shipped using the return shipping label provided during the return authorization process.
Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund.
