a. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return and be eligible for a refund, customers must first contact Bikeshopwest.com by email at support@bikeshopwest.com.
There is no online return system. Returns sent without prior email approval will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

b. Order Cancellations

Orders placed via www.bikeshopwest.com cannot be modified or cancelled once the order has been confirmed and processed.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bikeshopwest.com. If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return.

c. Return to Sender / Refused Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal of delivery or incorrect address details provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

d. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  1. Spare parts and replacement parts
  2. Electrical components and batteries
  3. Items that show signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct product or spare part is ordered.

e. Returns of Accessories and Merchandise

Accessories and merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  1. The item is unused
  2. The item is in its original packaging
  3. The item is complete and undamaged

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Bikeshopwest.com reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 30% if the item shows signs of handling or repackaging.

f. Spare Parts

Spare parts are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

g. Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error made by Bikeshopwest.com.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

h. Refunds

  1. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  2. Any discounts applied to the original order will be proportionally deducted from the refund amount.
  3. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

i. Return Process

Approved returns must be shipped only after receiving confirmation by email from Bikeshopwest.com.
Return instructions will be provided via email. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
