Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the customer at the moment the Products are handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.
Retention of Title
Ownership of all Products ordered from Bikeshopwest.com remains with Bikeshopwest.com until full payment of the purchase price has been received.
If payment is not completed, is reversed, or is declined by the payment provider or credit/debit card company for any reason, Bikeshopwest.com reserves the right—subject to applicable law—to:
- Suspend delivery of the Products
- Reclaim ownership of the Products
- Terminate the customer’s right to use the Products
until payment has been received in full.
